DAY 1: INDIANAPOLIS TO CINCINNATI
Our first stop is Gallrein Farm with country style hospitality and a relaxing atmosphere. Explore the farm setting including many activities such as a “ride around the farm” on a train for children, play on their slide, try out the pedal carts and feed the animals at the petting zoo! Arrive at the fabulous Great Wolf Lodge in Cincinnati to swim, splash and slide in the enormous indoor water park that features water slides, pool, interactive play zones, and more. There is something for every age. Relax at a tasty pizza party tonight. D

DAY 2: CINCINNATTI
We begin our day at the 2^nd oldest zoo in the US, the world-renowned Cincinnati Zoo, a global leader in supporting endangered species. Don’t miss the gorillas, elephants, manatees, lions, Rico the porcupine and of course the hippos. The Zoo is a natural oasis with walking paths, gorgeous gardens, and a unique cheetah exhibit. Enjoy an afternoon stop at the Cincinnati Fire Museum and meet your fire safety guide to participate in a hands-on visit and wail the siren, flash the lights on a modern fire engine or operate the historic Hunneman hand pumper. The history of early firefighting days will come to life. Return to Great Wolf Lodge for a free evening to enjoy the indoor water park. B

DAY 3: RETURN HOME
It is time to leave but we will make one last stop at the fabulous Indianapolis Children’s Museum, largest in the world, a place to expand the mind. There are four levels of exhibits from ancient Giants of the Jurassic to flying 5,500 miles to Greece. Put your lab coat on and explore the work of real scientists, be whisked away on a magical Carousel, or use data like Doppler radar and Twitter to create a weather forecast. Venture outside and try your hand at basketball, soccer, football, or hockey. B

Luggage:

Orange luggage tags are provided and are to be placed on your “checked luggage” (large bag). You do not need a tag for your carry-on bag, for which you will be responsible for taking on and off the coach. There is limited space in the cabin of the coach, so unless you require your carry-on bag while traveling, we will stow it in the luggage compartment.

Important Information:

New reservations will require a $250 per person deposit unless otherwise noted. As always, your deposit is still fully refundable for any reason until final payment. We are happy to accept cash, check (preferred) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) for your deposit.

Throughout 2021 we limited capacity on all our tours. This policy was so overwhelmingly popular by Sunrise travelers, we have made it permanent. In 2022 and beyond, we will limit the capacity on our motorcoaches to 80%. Most Sunrise Tours travel on 50-seat coaches with extra legroom, which means guests will enjoy extra legroom AND at least 6-8 empty seats. In the rare cases when we charter a 55-seat coach, there will be at least 10 open seats on the bus.

Our popular on-board refreshment service on travel days will feature a variety of soda, beer, wine spritzers, juices and sparkling water choices served in recyclable aluminum cans. This is a safe and eco-conscious way for us to deliver the ever-popular Sunrise Tours “happy hour” on tour. We do not typically serve bottled water and ask that while on tour you be responsible for your own hydration and consider the Sunrise Tours drink service a welcome refreshment.
