Shelby was born and raised in Mascoutah, IL. One of her biggest passions is playing and now coaching Softball. Softball is what led her to the University of Northern Iowa where she graduated in 1999. UNI is also where she and Kristen became friends and why she is a part of Sunrise today! She is married to her husband, Daniel and they have two children, Carson and Mallory. She is the voice you hear when you call in for questions or to make reservations! “ I love being the first step to helping someone take their dream vacation…I have so many pleasant conversations with people because they are genuinely excited about traveling with us and I love being the person that can help them get there!” says Shelby.
