DAY 1: WELCOME TO NEW YORK!

DAY 2: TOP OF THE ROCK/NEW YORK CITY TOUR
Start your visit to the Big Apple at New York’s newest observation deck—Top of the Rock. Experience dramatic views of New York City’s skyline, including Central Park and the Empire State Building. Afterward, enjoy lunch at the famous Chelsea Market, a vibrant food hall offering a variety of local dishes, before embarking on a private guided tour of New York City and all its iconic landmarks. The rest of the day is yours to explore as you like — walk The High Line, visit the Met, or even delight in a dazzling Broadway show. B
DAY 3: ELLIS ISLAND & LIBERTY ISLAND
A trip to New York is not complete without a visit to the historic Ellis Island and Liberty Island. Take a ferry across New York Harbor to Ellis Island, where you can walk the Great Hall and learn about the powerful journey of the millions who have passed through. Next, grab a photo with Lady Liberty herself on our visit to Liberty Island. Get up close to the 305-foot New York icon and take in the stunning views of the New York skyline. From here, it’s on to Ocean City for an overnight stay at our hotel that sits right on the Ocean City Boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean. B, D
DAY 4: HISTORIC CAPE MAY
This morning, stroll the Ocean City Boardwalk spanning 2.5 miles along the Atlantic Ocean before traveling to historic Cape May. After lunch, we’ll enjoy a narrated trolley tour of the oldest seaside vacation town in the country known for its quaint Victorian cottages and pristine beaches. Spend the rest of the afternoon exploring this charming town and shopping the Washington Street Mall, lined with local boutiques and eateries. End the day with a stay at Congress Hall, America’s first seaside resort that has been welcoming

DAY 5: WHEATONARTS/STATE HOUSE TOUR
Start the day with a visit to WheatonArts, an artist community dedicated to creative expression. Meet with various artists at this working studio to discover the techniques behind the art of pottery and glassworks before visiting the Museum of American Glass and shops featuring products made on site. Later, discover the role that the third state has played in American history as we tour the New Jersey State House in its capital city of Trenton. B, L
DAY 6: WASHINGTON CROSSING HISTORIC SITE
Our day begins with a visit to the Washington Crossing Visitor Center. Here, we’ll take a tour along the Delaware River as we uncover the history behind that infamous and grueling night that became the turning point in the Revolutionary War. Spend time taking in the artifacts and great American history behind this famed site before enjoying a meal at the historic Washington Crossing Inn. Tonight, enjoy a relaxing dinner at our hotel in Morristown. B, L
DAY 7: PATERSON GREAT FALLS/HOME
End with a visit to Paterson Great Falls National Historic Park. Enjoy the sites of the 77 ft tall falls before heading home with fond memories of both New York City and The Garden State. B

We will send 3 key communications for your tour; “Get Ready” is your email confirmation and initial tour information sent upon registration, “Get Set” email will be sent about two months before departure, “Go” trip documentation mailing is sent via USPS 3-4 weeks before departure and will include your daily itinerary, luggage tags and final departure information.
Travel Protection is optional and highly recommended and can be purchased until the day before departure. We offer Travel Guard from AIG, which costs 8.5% of your tour, information about which will be sent with your Get Ready email.
Unless otherwise noted, your Sunrise Tour includes: Professional Sunrise Tour Director, meals as indicated, local step on guides including gratuity (international tour guide gratuity inclusion vary by tour), deluxe motorcoach transportation w/rest room, admission to activities and events as indicated, airfare from designated airports, transportation to/from designated airports from our convenient local pickup points*, luggage handling at hotels when available
We believe tipping is a personal and discretionary interaction between our guests and our staff. A typical gratuity for your Sunrise Tour Director and motorcoach driver may be $5-$7per person, per day on tour. Sunrise Shuttle drivers appreciate gratuities (suggest $5 per person) for excellent service as well. Our staff will not solicit gratuities or pass out envelopes.
We are happy to offer refreshments on most motorcoach travel days on tour. We recommend you bring a refillable water bottle to maintain healthy hydration.
If less than 4 people request a pickup point, we may ask that you choose another pickup point from which to join your Sunrise Tour.
If you would like to join a tour from a city not listed as a departure point, we would love to have you along! Please discuss arrangements with our friendly reservation team. From a departure city not listed, typical airfare will be +$100 higher than our published fare for domestic tours, and +$200 for international tours.
If you have a TSA precheck or Airline Rewards numbers, you MUST give those numbers to our reservations team at least 60 days before departure, otherwise they may not be applied.
Preferred seating may not be available on group air. In some cases, seats are not assigned until the airport. Your tour fare includes an economy seat on the flight; it does not include seat selection. Seat upgrades may be available at an additional cost.
To help make our tours the most comfortable in the business, we limit Sunrise Tours motorcoaches to 80% capacity, or 44 passengers on a coach built for 55. We reserve the right to amend this practice.
Your Tour Director will rotate seats on the motorcoach each day of your tour. A single fare does not guarantee two seats on the coach; you may be seated next to another friendly Sunrise Tours guest.
