DAY 1: WELCOME TO THE SOUTH

Board your luxury motor coach, sit back and relax, and get to know your fellow passengers as you travel towards New Orleans. D

DAY 2: NEW ORLEANS

Upon arrival in the Big Easy a local guide will join you for a tour of this most unique city before settling in at The New Orleans School of Cooking for an evening that is part history, part entertainment, part cooking lesson, and 100% fun! Best of all, it concludes with a great meal! B, D

DAY 3: TALL SHIP WELCOME, CITY TOUR

This morning, we make our way to Woldenberg Park for a front row seat along the river to watch the parade of ships as they sail into port. The entire waterfront will be a spectacle of sailboats, military vessels, and character ships to commemorate this historic anniversary year. Then we board our own vessel for a rousing jazz lunch cruise aboard the Steamboat Natchez. Enjoy some free time in the French Quarter this afternoon and evening. B, L

DAY 4: TALL SHIP TOURS, WWII MUSEUM

Enjoy time to explore the festival and more of New Orleans at your own pace. Many of the ships along the Waterfront will be open for tours so climb aboard and take a look! In addition, you have the opportunity to explore the expansive National WWII Museum. Scheduled transportation will be available between the hotel, the waterfront and the museum so that you can tailor your visits toward your own interest. We gather tonight at the museum for dinner and the amazing Expressions of America outdoor sound and light show. B, D

DAY 5: VUE ORLEANS, NATCHEZ

Take one last look at the magnificent array of water vessels from high above the river at Vue Orleans. Your senses will be elevated 34 stories above the city with a breathtaking 360-degree view from the indoor/outdoor observation deck. We will stop for lunch on your own before arriving in Historic Natchez. Here, experience some of the history and the grandeur of days gone by with a lovely dinner together. B, D

DAY 6: DELTA MUSIC MUSEUM

This morning make one more stop prior to starting home at the Delta Music Museum and Hall of Fame. This is the only place in Louisiana that is a designated stop along the Mississippi Blues trail and currently showcases 29 artists from musical genres of blues, gospel and country. After a break for lunch, arrive at your hotel for your final night’s stay. B, L

Sunrise Shuttle drivers appreciate gratuities (suggest $5 per person) for excellent service as well. Our staff will not solicit gratuities or pass out envelopes.

If you have a TSA precheck or Airline Rewards numbers, you MUST give those numbers to our reservations team at least 60 days before departure, otherwise they may not be applied.

Preferred seating may not be available on group air. In some cases, seats are not assigned until the airport. Your tour fare includes an economy seat on the flight; it does not include seat selection. Seat upgrades may be available at an additional cost.

To help make our tours the most comfortable in the business, we limit Sunrise Tours motorcoaches to 80% capacity, or 44 passengers on a coach built for 55. We reserve the right to amend this practice.

Your Tour Director will rotate seats on the motorcoach each day of your tour. A single fare does not guarantee two seats on coach; you may be seated next to another friendly Sunrise Tours guest.
