DAY 1: OVERNIGHT IN ILLINOIS

Join old and new friends as you head northeast for dinner and an overnight in Rockford, IL. D

DAY 2: BLACK POINT ESTATE/LAKE GENEVA

Get your first taste of the tranquil beauty of Wisconsin on your way to the resort town of Lake Geneva. Board the Grand Belle and have a tour of the lake as you enjoy a delicious sit-down lunch. Travel high above the lake to tour the 1888 Mansion, Black Point Estate, and Gardens. Check into your Lake Geneva hotel and enjoy the evening on your own. B, L

DAY 3: CREAMERY VISIT/STURGEON BAY

Continue to the Door Peninsula, jutting into Lake Michigan with nearly 300 miles of shoreline. Make a stop at LaClare Creamery — dairy that is just a little bit different. Enjoy a light lunch in the visitor center that overlooks the creamery before taking a tour of the facility. You may even have a baby goat experience! Continue to Sturgeon Bay for dinner at The Lodge. B, L, D

DAY 4: WASHINGTON ISLAND/STURGEON BAY

Join a local expert and explore the tip of the peninsula. Take a Ferry over to Washington Island, home to Wisconsin’s oldest lighthouse and the largest of Door County’s 30 islands. Stop at Seaquist Orchards with rows of tart and sweet cherries. The Farm Market is the perfect place to pick up that special souvenir. Tonight, we experience a traditional Wisconsin fish boil! B, L, D

DAY 5: CRANBERRY ADVENTURES/THE DELLS

One cannot leave Door County without a stop at the local favorite; Renard’s Cheese Shop. Here you can sample and purchase more traditional cheeses and meats often associated with the area. Then off to Discover Cranberries — a unique museum located in the historic Union Cranberry Warehouse and devoted to the cranberry industry and history of Wisconsin cranberries. Enjoy a private tour of a family owned and operated cranberry marsh with a third-generation grower before continuing on to the Wisconsin Dells. B, L

DAY 6: DUCKS AND DINNER/THE DELLS

The morning starts with fun and adventure with the Original Duck Tour. In operation since 1946, this half-land, half-water adventure features the most scenic parts of Wisconsin Dells, including the Wisconsin River, Dell Creek, Lake Delton, and the Dells Scenic Park. Enjoy lunch, fun, and free time in town, before embarking on an unforgettable evening out: a sunset dinner cruise on the Upper Dells. Witness the spectacular natural beauty and towering sandstone cliffs of the Upper Dells with a torch — lit stroll through our shore landing at Witches Gulch. B, D

DAY 7: HOUSE ON THE ROCK/ROCKFORD, IL

Today is a testament to the unusual! You will be hard pressed to find a more unique structure than the House on the Rock. First opened in 1959, this sprawling complex of architecturally distinct rooms, streets, gardens, and shops is difficult to describe, but will not be forgotten. We return to Rockford, IL and have a farewell dinner together. B, D

We believe tipping is a personal and discretionary interaction between our guests and our staff. A typical gratuity for your Sunrise Tour Director and motorcoach driver may be $5-$7per person, per day on tour. Sunrise Shuttle drivers appreciate gratuities (suggest $5 per person) for excellent service as well. Our staff will not solicit gratuities or pass out envelopes.

If you would like to join a tour from a city not listed as a departure point, we would love to have you along! Please discuss arrangements with our friendly reservation team. From a departure city not listed, typical airfare will be +$100 higher than our published fare for domestic tours, and +$200 for international tours.

If you have a TSA precheck or Airline Rewards numbers, you MUST give those numbers to our reservations team at least 60 days before departure, otherwise they may not be applied.

Preferred seating may not be available on group air. In some cases, seats are not assigned until the airport. Your tour fare includes an economy seat on the flight; it does not include seat selection. Seat upgrades may be available at an additional cost.

To help make our tours the most comfortable in the business, we limit Sunrise Tours motorcoaches to 80% capacity, or 44 passengers on a coach built for 55. We reserve the right to amend this practice.

Your Tour Director will rotate seats on the motorcoach each day of your tour. A single fare does not guarantee two seats on the coach; you may be seated next to another friendly Sunrise Tours guest.
